The Sensei-Bility podcast (Christian Wolcott) originated in 2020 from clients that needed a way to engage their teams with fresh content to foster fresh thinking. The podcast structure is centralized around leadership skills, topics and team needs, dosed with pragmatic techniques and methods for regular use.
